Cook & Prep Time 45-55 Minutes
2 lbs. Red Potatoes, scrubbed and quartered
4 T. Garlic-infused Olive Oil
1/2 tsp. Grey Sea Salt
1/2 tsp. freshly ground Five Peppercon Mix
2 tsp. fresh rosemary leaves
Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
Place potatoes on a jelly-roll plan; drizzle with oGarlic-infused Olive Oil and sprinkle with Grey Sea Salt and freshly ground Five Peppercon Mix. Toss well to combine. Bake for 35-45 minutes until potatoes are browned and tender.
Remove from oven. Drizzle with additional Garlic-infused Olive Oil if desired and sprinkle with fresh rosemary before serving.
