These water soluble flavorings are super strength flavors that are triple the strength of an extract. Similar to candy and flavoring oils, they're awesome for baking and other confections, especially candy making. All of our Super Flavors deliver quality flavor and are three to four times the strength of an extract. We carry a wide selection of flavorings, from classic food flavors such as Peach and Pumpkin to gourmet flavors like banana cream and cheesecake.
When substituting a super flavor for an extract, use 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon of super flavor for a teaspoon of extract. When it comes to making frosting or ice cream with Super Strength Flavors, the amount of fat can guide you. The rule is 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon of Super Strength Flavor per cup of fat.
