All refund requests are processed after our returns department (see address above) inspects and verifies the condition of the item(s). Please allow approximately 7 to 10 business days from when we receive your return for your refund to be processed and up to 30 days (depending upon your billing cycle) for the credit to appear on your credit card bill.

Please notify us of missing packages within 5 days of the arrival/delivered date posted on the carrier web site based on the tracking number. While we will work with the carrier to search/retrieve lost packages, we are not responsible for lost packages if not notified within the time mentioned.
