All refund requests are processed after our returns department (see address above) inspects and verifies the condition of the item(s). Please allow approximately 7 to 10 business days from when we receive your return for your refund to be processed and up to 30 days (depending upon your billing cycle) for the credit to appear on your credit card bill.
Please return your item(s) with all of its original packaging and materials. Please include an order number for us to expedite your refund or return request. If you have any questions, please contact us.
Please pack your items carefully to insure that they are not damaged while in transit
Please notify us of missing packages or damaged packages within 5 days of the arrival/delivered date posted on the carrier web site based on the tracking number. While we will work with the carrier to search/retrieve lost packages, we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages if not notified within the time mentioned. Exceptions If you are buying 16 ounce sizes or higher, we highly recommend that you buy a small 2 oz or 4 oz sample first to make sure the quality of the product meets your expectations. We are unable to issue refunds on orders of 16 ounces or higher sizes. On orders of $250 or more, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds. There are no refunds or exchanges on perishable items like caviar, smoked salmon, truffles, meats, cheeses, vanilla beans etc.
