Marinade for Grilled or Broiled Chicken
- 1 Teaspoon Mustard Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Thyme
- 1 Teaspoon Oregano
- 1 Teaspoon Rosemary
- 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 4 Tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
- 4 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
- Place all ingredients in a mason jar or container with a tight-fitting lid and shake until combined.
- Place 1 to 1 1/2 pounds chicken in a large re-sealable plastic bag.
- Pour in marinade, close bag. Massage bag to fully coat meat.
- Marinate meat in the fridge for 1 hour up to 12 hours.
- Grill or broil chicken.
Storage
Store dry mustard in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.
