No Questions Asked Return Policy.
We guarantee our products will meet or exceed your expectations. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied or you decide not to keep your merchandise, simply return it to us within thirty (30) days - even if its open. We will either exchange it according to your wishes or refund your full purchase price less shipping and handling fees.

Exceptions: liquids & perishables

If you are buying extracts in 1 gallon sizes, we highly recommend that you buy a small 4 oz sample first to make sure the quality of the product meets your expectations. We are unable to issue refunds on orders of 1 gallon jugs.

On orders of $250 or more, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds on open bottles of liquids. Unopened items are fully refundable within the 30 days. 

Unfortunately, we are unable to extend the above "No Questions Asked" return & refund policy to perishable items like cheese, meats, caviar, fresh & frozen seafood. There are no returns or refunds on these items.

Returns and Packages: Customer Service, OliveNation LLC, 13 Robbie Rd, Avon, MA 02322. Please include a copy of your original receipt and all packaging materials.

All refund requests are processed after our returns department (see address above) inspects and verifies the condition of the item(s). Please allow approximately 7 to 10 business days from when we receive your return for your refund to be processed and up to 30 days (depending upon your billing cycle) for the credit to appear on your credit card bill.

Please return your item(s) with all of its original packaging and materials. Please include an order number for us to expedite your refund or return request. If you have any questions, please contact us.
