My order is more than $50, why didn't I get free shipping?

The offer for free shipping is valid only on orders shipping within the continental US that are $50+ after any coupon or discount is applied. Please note that the offer of free shipping does not apply to chocolate, chocolate covered items, or baking chips when the summer shipping rule is in effect.
