Barry Callebaut Semi-Sweet Dark Chocolate Chips
You deserve the best. Barry Callebaut gourmet semisweet chips are to regular chocolate chips what caviar is to tuna fish. You will never go back to those "other" chips. Always keep a bag of these on your pantry. The bigger almost disc shape gives you a better bite of chocolate in cookies and desserts. This is a great product for pastry chefs. They have a rich chocolate taste, with a hint of vanilla. The chocolate chips come chopped up into perfectly sized pieces and are ready to use right out of the bag.
Storage and Shelf Life:
Always store chocolate in a dry, dark place but not in the fridge. Always give chocolate the time to acclimatize from its storing temperature to room temperature. These chocolates have a long shelf life by nature (12 - 18 months).
