Uses for Wine Grape Seed Powder:
For baked goods, add 1 to 2 TBSP wine grape seed powder per cup of flour. For breads, add 1/4 to 1/2 cup wine grape seed powder per cup of flour. Adjust for more/less flavor, color, texture, or nutritional value as desired. Please note that powdered wine grape pomace should be used to supplement, not replace, regular flours in baked goods, and may require additional liquid for proper texture in recipes.
