Not a fan
Love your extracts and use approximately 12 different flavors for syrups and other flavorings. That being said the oil soured my beautiful fresh batch of raspberry syrup. Syrup and new bottle of raspberry oil straight in the trash. Possibly operator error but I won’t experiment again. Extracts only in the future for this chef but was worth a shot.

Absolutely fantastic flavor
I used the raspberry flavor oil to modify a dark chocolate ganache filling and the results were outstanding! Can't wait to make it again!
