Our cherry flavoring oil is intended for high fat or high temperature applications, as it will not "bake off" at high heat. Made using only natural flavors and a neutral soybean oil base, this ingredient adds the taste and aroma of fresh cherries to recipes. Use our Kosher Certified and gluten free cherry flavoring oil alone or to create unique combinations to make soft or hard candies and chocolates, coatings, fillings and creams, frostings, and fondants. This formulation is stronger than alcohol-based or water-based extracts and emulsions and does not require the use of additional emulsifiers when used in high fat applications. Superior heat resistance makes oil soluble flavors, like our cherry flavoring oil for candy, a perfect choice for creating boldly flavored confections that will delight the taste buds, as well as for adding subtle taste to enhance sauces, dressings, and even ice creams. Because the flavor will not cook out at high temperatures and mixes smoothly in high fat applications, it is ideal for chocolate making or as a taste enhancer for flavored lip balms. This versatile flavoring ingredient will remain fresh for up to 12 months when stored out of direct sunlight in a cool, dry environment.
