Pink Food Dye for Coloring No-Bake or Low-Temp Products
- Naturally Vibrant Plant-Based Color from Beet Juice
- Contains No Artificial or Synthetic Dyes
- Creates Pink Shades in Icing, Frosting, Ice Creams & More
- Best for No-Bake Applications, Low-Heat Baking or Cooking
Our Natural Food Coloring, Pink (Beet) is made using all-natural beet juice for rich, vibrant hues without added flavor or aroma. This liquid food color is water-soluble and is best suited for cold, low-temp, or no-bake applications. Our all-natural pink food dye is ideal for adding a range pastel to almost fuchsia hues to icing, frosting, buttercream, and decorating sugars. This natural liquid color is marvelous in cold applications such as ice cream or milk-based drinks such as shakes and smoothies. Because our water-soluble pink food dye is plant-based, the final color is very sensitive to temperature during preparation and will fade significantly during high-heat applications such as baking. This plant-based food dye will be brighter in more acidic environments. Our pink food dye is perfect for bulk use in commercial bakery, foodservice, and beverage manufacturing environments looking to create clean-label and BFY products using natural and plant-based ingredients.
Usage: Use 1/2 to 3/4 of a percent based on total volume to start. Color will be most vibrant when total pH is in the 4-5 range.

NOTE: Our natural colors are most vibrant when used in food with a pH level of 4-5 or lower. The final color of any product will depend on the specific ingredients and application. Our natural food colorings are not recommended for high-heat applications.
