Salted Caramel Flavor Fountain by OliveNation gives your homemade frozen treats and beverages salted caramel taste. It's a concentrated flavoring that's perfect for sherbet, sorbet, hard and soft-serve ice cream, frozen yogurt, smoothies, shakes, diet drinks, and more. You can even use our salted caramel flavoring with your soda machine. Try it in your favorite baked good's recipe as a substitute for a bakery emulsion. Salted Caramel Flavor Fountain is water-soluble and suitable for low-calorie and low-fat preparations.

How do you use Salted Caramel Flavor Fountain? For a four-cup ice cream, shake, or frozen dairy recipe, add 1 tablespoon of Salted Caramel Flavor Fountain to your other ingredients. For a 16-ounce shake, add 1 teaspoon of flavoring.

Can Salted Caramel Flavor Fountain make protein shakes taste better? Salted Caramel Flavor Fountain was designed to flavor protein shakes and smoothies. Unlike syrups, Salted Caramel Flavor Fountain is concentrated, so you only need to add 1 teaspoon to a 2-cup shake.

In addition to frozen treats, shakes, and baked goods, what are some other ways to use Salted Caramel Flavor Fountain? You can use it to flavor whipped cream, icing, frosting, and buttercream.

Are there any recipes that you should not use Salted Caramel Flavor Fountain? Choose an extract instead of a Flavor Fountain in candy and chocolates recipes because of their liquid concentrations. Though, you can use Salted Caramel Flavor Fountain in candy fillings.

    Salted Caramel FF

Posted by Mary George on Jun 23rd 2020

I used this for several years and loved it. But the last one I purchased was watery and very little flavor and extremely green - as if there was a production issue that put too much green color in. It would stain my fingers green if any got on them. Olive Nation told me that batches might be different. My response to that is they need quality control in production. Consumers should be able to expect consistent product quality.

    Very disappointed

Posted by Wendy on Feb 28th 2017

Read the rave reviews and decided to order. The flavor is so subtle as to be barely discernible. The color is correct and I was fooled until I did a blind taste test for my family. Used yogurt and ice cream as the base. Mixed olivenation in each medium and caramel extract in each.Sweetened the yogurt with sugar. When subjects could see the concoctions, they rated them equally delicious. When blindfolded they unanimously rated olivenation bland and flavorless. Paid $17 with shipping for food coloring. The color alone caused an expectation.

Great choice and has a bold flavor so you only need to use a little bit. I have used it in cookies, cakes, yogurt and shakes
