YUMMY!
I searched web for white chocolate flavoring and could only find it at Olive Nation. I wasn’t surprised. Thank you for many years of good baking.

Disappointed
I was excited to get this flavor, but then was so disappointed! I had to throw out 2 double batches of buttercream. It tasted and smelled like ruined milk. There was no milk in the buttercream. I only purchase Olive Nation flavorings and emulsions as I love them, but this one I'm not sure if I got a bad bottle or what.

It's Good! But not in everything...
After reading the other reviews I decided to take a chance on this extract, hoping that the 2022 bottles would redeem some of the old reviews. I tried this in my coffee after opening the bottle because I was worried about ruining an entire batch of cookies before tasting it. The reviews about the smell and taste were right. It smelled like stinky feet and tasted about the same in my coffee. I could tell there was something there, though. I took the chance and went ahead and used it in my white chocolate raspberry cookies. They are divine! This gets two thumbs up for baked goods. I wouldn't recommend it in any other application.
