Ingredients:

  • 1 cup OliveNation Sesame Sticks
  • 2 cups Unsalted Cashews
  • 2 cups Lightly Salted Peanuts
  • 1 cup Raisins

Directions::
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and toss gently to combine. Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.

Asian-Inspired Snack Mix

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups OliveNation Sesame Sticks
  • 2-1/2 cups Toasted Corn Cereal
  • 1 cup OliveNation Wasabi Peas
  • 3/4 cup Whole Almonds
  • 4 tsp Unsalted Sunflower Seeds
  • 1/4 cup Butter
  • 2 TBSP Rice Vinegar
  • 1 TBSP Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Ginger
  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 1/2 cup Chopped OliveNation Dried Apricots

Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 300F.
  • In a large bowl, combine cereal, sesame sticks, wasabi peas, and almonds. Set aside.
  • In a small saucepan over medium-low heat, stir butter, vinegar, sunflower seeds, soy sauce, ground ginger, and cayenne pepper until butter melts and ingredients are well mixed.
  • Pour over the dry ingredients and toss with a wooden spoon to evenly coat.
  • Spread on a baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and transfer to a bowl.
  • Stir in apricots and let the party mix cool completely.
  • Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.

    Wd had ordered these before and they were excellent but this last batch was sub-par. Tasteless and tasted almost rancid.

    If you are a heart patient on SALT FREE diet - WARNING - there is SALT on the peanuts in the ingredient list - even though Google shows them to be a SALT FREE ITEM
