STORAGE: For best results, store chocolate in a cool (preferably below 65 F) and dry environment. Store chocolate separately from strongly flavored or scented products such as caraway, onion, garlic, etc. to avoid picking up off notes that could impact chocolate flavor.

Occasionally light-colored streaks or film may occur on the surface of the chocolate. This is a natural characteristic of fine chocolate and will disappear when the chocolate is re-melted.
