Directions for use: First rinse the mushrooms until they are fully clean. To rehydrate, soak the rinsed mushrooms in warm (not boiling) water, wine, or stock for 20 to 30 minutes, then drain and use as desired. In addition, the liquid used for rehydrating can be retained and used to add additional depth of flavor to stocks, soups, or sauces.
