How to use Dried Organic Maitake (Hen of the Woods) Mushrooms:
Before using these mushrooms, rinse under cold water and reconstitute for best results. To reconstitute: Place the mushrooms in warm water, wine, or stock and let them soak for 20 minutes. You can reserve the soaking liquid to add more flavor your dish.
