Ooey Gooey Chocolate Cookie Mix

This mix is chocolate decadence personified - one bite and you'll be hooked. Yields 36 cookies.

Ingredients:

• 1 packet Ooey Gooey Chocolate Cookie Mix with chocolate chips packet


• tablespoons unsalted butter


• 1 egg, beaten

Directions:

In a large microwavable bowl, microwave chocolate chips with butter for one minute. Stir and allow to cool slightly, add egg and stir until blended.

Add cookie mix and blend on slow speed until well- blended, scraping the side of the bowl several times.

Line a large cookie sheet with parchment paper, and using a cookie scoop drop cookies on parchment paper. Place in refrigerator and chill for at least 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Remove chilled cookies from refrigerator and bake 10 minutes. Allow cookies to cool on cookie sheet for at least five minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
