- Infused for Tender, Chewy Texture & Lightly Dusted with Ground Sugar
- Ideal for Snacking, Trail Mixes, Baked Goods

OliveNation's Naked Ginger, Diced is made by infusing top quality Australian ginger chunks with cane sugar, and then lightly dusting them with finely ground cane sugar. The result is a tender, sweet and spicy bite with less surface sugar than traditional crystallized versions. Our diced ginger chunks are soft and chewy and perfect for snacking on their own, in baked goods, or in homemade or commercial snack and trail mixes. The delicately spicy taste deliciously complements chocolate, peach, pear, and pumpkin flavors. Bulk diced naked ginger chunks are ideal for commercial mix manufacturing, retail bakery, and foodservice applications in baking, cooking, and dry mixes. Because these delicious "naked" diced snacks have less surface sugar than traditional crystallized fruits, they are a great choice for use in clean-label and better-for-you recipes and dishes.

Best candied ginger for baking…,
I add candied ginger to many of my cookies/cakes. This is the best I have found. Recently my local markets , both high and lower end, are selling only tubs of thinly sliced leathery ginger which dries up with baking. Olive Nation “Naked” ginget is plump and moist. No problem.
