OliveNation's four fold natural Madagascar Bourbon vanilla flavor has a concentrated formulation designed to economically add bakery-quality flavoring to home, commercial, and industrial baking and food manufacturing applications. This 4x alternative to pure extracts is produced using Grade A Bourbon vanilla bean extractives, water, alcohol, and glycerin, with natural flavors and caramel color added. Our professional quality 4-fold Bourbon vanilla flavor for baking has a rich, creamy taste and aroma for flavoring batters, doughs, beverages, and candy. This versatile extract alternative is particularly effective in mid-temp and high-temp applications, where the creamy, sweet, and warm notes it adds also help enhance other flavor profiles.

Why Use Four Fold Natural Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla Flavor Instead of Pure or Imitation Vanilla?

OliveNation's four fold natural Madagascar Bourbon vanilla flavor is an economical alternative to both pure vanilla extracts and imitation vanillas because of its concentrated formulation. Professional bakeries, industrial food manufacturers, and home bakers love its deep, sweet aroma as well as the rich taste.

Our 4 fold natural Madagascar Bourbon vanilla flavor for baking and cooking has pure vanillin from vanilla bean extract and also vanillin from natural flavors. This combination produces a concentrated vanilla flavor that is less expensive than pure vanilla extract but that smells and tastes great in recipes.

Is Natural Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla Flavor Available for Sale in Different Strengths/Folds?

We offer this commercial grade formulation in a variety of fold strengths for convenience. Concentrated flavorings are an economical choice for large-scale commercial bakery and industrial food production applications as well as home baking and cooking.

    No smell whatsoever

I don’t like this vanilla at all. I purchased a gallon of it because I thought 4 fold vanilla would be stronger than I had. It is so weak, I may as well not have used it at all. So disappointed.

    very weak

I don't like writing negative reviews, but since you asked me here goes: We find this vanilla has little to no flavour. Mind you, we are used to 4x vanilla which costs $900 a gallon, and yours is less than $200. It seemed tempting to try, but, as always, you get what you pay for.
