Dark Chocolate Sticks
The genuine article for turning an ordinary home made croissant into a super fancy pan au chocolat. I suppose it could be done with chocolate chips, but if you go through this much trouble for the laminated dough from scratch, go for the gusto, or grab the brass ring, or whatever metaphor suits you.
