Because it is not alcohol-based, the flavor will not "bake out" at high temperatures or add unwanted alcohol flavor in no-bake recipes. Use our versatile butter vanilla emulsion for baking cakes, cookies, sauces, and fillings, or to boost or deepen flavor in no-heat applications like ice cream, frosting, whipped cream, smoothies, and other beverages. This vanilla extract substitute uses a combination of natural and imitation flavoring compounds to create a unique taste that can enhance or replace the flavor of vanilla in recipes. Using Butter Vanilla Emulsion

Our bake safe butter vanilla flavoring can be used as a 1:1 substitute for traditional vanilla extract. However, because this emulsion will not "bake out" the way alcohol-based extract will, it can have a more potent flavor in the final product. It is the perfect ingredient to add rich, buttery vanilla taste to frostings, cookies, cakes, sweet and savory breads, and other baked goodies. It is also ideal for no-bake fillings, frostings, whipped cream, and beverages, as it will not add unwanted alcohol taste the way traditional extracts sometimes can.

For High-Heat Applications: Substitute 1 teaspoon butter vanilla emulsion for 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
Use slightly less in recipes that do not require baking or heating.
Shake well before using.

    By accident I used the Butter Vanilla Emulsion with the Butter Extract now it's no accident and I just love what it does for my cakes

    Extremely Over Whelming for Frosting

    This ruined my frosting, all my family & friends hated it; might be good for baking but not my frosting. I used the same amount as I would use for vanilla extract it was too over whelming.

    Buyer beware, Something has changed

    I have been buying the butter vanilla emulsion for years and have loved loved loved it. I have recommended this product to many people. But something has changed. The ingredients label is different, as well as the smell and flavor are different (even thought I was told nothing has changed). I use this daily in a homemade creamer, you can taste the difference. I baked a cake yesterday and you can also taste the difference. Buyer beware if you have purchased this in the past that it is different. I am sad because this has been my go to for so long.
