    More flavor than extract

    I love the flavor of coconut. I was using coconut extract for my morning smoothies, but it wasn't providing enough flavor. I changed to coconut emulsion, expecting it to wow me with flavor. It takes more than I thought to bring the flavor I like, so it's not overly strong... but it is definitely more flavorful than the extract.

    I love this emulsion. Coconut is one of out favorites. I use it a lot in frosting, but the other day we put it in brownies. Best ever!

    I was looking for some way to super charge my coconut cupcakes and man did this do. The flavor is stronger and fuller then before when I was just using the extract. Now if I wanted I could eat the coconut cake without the icing. But why would I do that. Thats crazy talk!!!
