This water-soluble extract is made using natural flavors for a realistic almond-like taste. Our clear TTB-approved almond flavoring for brewing is great for use to create flavored craft beers, wines, hard cider, hard seltzer, and other alcopops. The water soluble formulation has been approved by the TTB for commercial labeling. This water soluble TTB approved almond flavoring adds almond-like taste and odor to baked goods as well as beverages, making it a great choice when creating cakes, cookies, frosting, and fillings. The light, nutty taste is perfect for brewing beers, wines, spirits, ciders, and seltzers. Our almond flavoring blends well with chocolate, vanilla, caramel, pear, apple, coconut, strawberry, and cherry flavors.
How to Use Almond Extract
When adding to alcoholic beverages, we recommend a starting level of around 0.05% - 0.40% of this TTB approved ingredient. You may choose to add more or less to taste.
Storing Almond Extract
Store our almond flavoring extract in a closed container. Keep it in a ventilated and cool place, away from direct sunlight and heat. Shelf stable for up to 12 months in recommended conditions.
