No pecan flavor and a bad after taste
I run a non-profit commercial bakery. I use a lot of Olive Nation products (commercial vanilla, emulsions) and love them. The Pecan Flavor, however, is not one of them. I used it in a coconut pecan cookie recipe to boost the pecan flavor. There was no pecan flavor in the baked cookie. There was a strong alcohol smell and a bad aftertaste. I'm glad I bought a small bottle as I cannot use this flavor and ended up dumping it down the drain. Big disappointment.
