Made with 10-30% unsweetened chocolate and 10-30% cocoa butter, these 5mm bake-safe morsels include real milk solids, sugar, vanilla extract, and soy lecithin great texture and flavor. Our creamy milk chocolate baking chunks are approximately 5 x 5 12.5mm each and can be used as an elegant topping as well as inclusion that melts when baked and hardens to a crisp snap when cooled.
