Description
Granulated HoneyThis granulated honey is so versatile it offers the delicate, heady flavor of honey in an easy to use form especially for baking! Tiny granules of rich, golden honey (which are about the size of pin heads) are easy to measure in place of sugar for cakes, cookies, pie crusts and can be used in other desserts such as sprinkling over grilled fruit, creme brulees or French toast. Because they are so small and dissolve easily, you can also substitute granulated honey for liquid form honey in savory recipes such as marinades, or use as sweetener for coffee, tea, lemonade and cocktails. Through a unique crystallization process, granulated honey is produced by combining honey and sugar to form this freeflowing product. Granulated honey contains 8-10% honey.
