    The best!

Posted by Paula on May 24th 2021

The trouble with these Crispearls in my house is to use them for a recipe before family members eat them all! They are simply delicious in their delicate crunchiness and flavor with little sugar. I've used them for decorating a chocolate croquembouche in contrast with white chocolate covering. Absolutely delicious!

I used it in cake decoration and added to my cake frosting as well, gives a good texture and crunch. Love it!

    Dark Chocolate Crispearls

Posted by Lisa on Nov 1st 2018

I had been trying to find the crispy little crunchy chocolate balls that had been on some of the cakes I’d gotten at bakeries over the years and finally found out they were called chocolate pearls. So glad I found them at Olive Nation! Delicious! Perfect accent for all my baked goods!

We won't even get to bake with these- just eat them by the handful- but they do melt in your hand...

My husband told me to never buy these again because we basically wolfed down the whole bag. They were amazing!

Good luck saving these for baking if you're a choclate lover.

Got a teaser sample in a previous order which I gave to my sister, who is the baker in our family, when she stopped by to visit. Silly me though. Due to her passionate love of dark chocolate, they were gone before she got halfway home. Yeah, they are that good. Now I bought the large bag for her. Figured that's the only way they have ANY chance of being included in a recipe of some kind. At least, that's MY plan ;o)
