    Subtle

I found the flavor to be a bit subtle. I was trying to make a tasty cake batter ice cream that is gluten free and relatively low carb and it could have been the rest of the recipe but the flavor just wasn't as strong as I hoped for.

I am constantly running out of this flavor. Great in smoothies and I use it in meringue all the time. Great in ketogenic fat bombs also! Gives you a sweet taste without the calories.

Tastes of homemade memories of grandma's yellow butter cake--without the calories! Very delicious, highly recommended!

    Just let them eat cake

I had a request to make a "birthday cake" flavored cheesecake. Not knowing the strength of this flavoring I erred on the conservative side. Indeed it tasted like birthday cake. Very nuanced. Next time I will use a little more.

I want it to be more cake batter-ish!

I make homemade peanut butter & before purchasing this item I did some research. I contacted company asking if this emulsion could be used as flavoring since I was looking for an extract. iIdeed it could be, ordered & have used in my "golden oreo" peanut butter. I feel that the flavor is not intense enough. Still needing to use both vanilla & butter flavoring. With each batch I make I seem to be adding more cake batter.
