Email Us Directly
Send your request to support@olivenation.com. Include your business name, EIN tax ID, and business website so we can process it promptly.
Order Through the Wholesale Portal
Register at wholesale.olivenation.com and request samples directly through your account — along with access to bulk pricing, Net 30 terms, and same-day shipping.

Finding Your COA
COAs and food safety documents are sent automatically — or available on request.
Check Your Email First
If your account has a company name on file, your COA and all related documents are automatically emailed to you the moment your order ships — no action needed.
Update or Add Document Contacts
Need docs routed to a different or additional email address? Simply reply to any automated document email and we'll update your company profile.

Finding Spec Sheets
Full spec sheets live directly on each product page — no request needed.
Open the Product Page & Scroll Down
Click on any product to open its page. Scroll past the image, pricing, and description until you reach the Additional Information section near the bottom.
Click SPEC.pdf in the Table
In the Additional Information table, find the row labeled SPEC. Click SPEC.pdf to open or download the full spec sheet for that product — ingredients, shelf life, certifications, and more.
Every product with a spec sheet has a SPEC.pdf link in its Additional Information table. Missing one? Contact support@olivenation.com.
