Valrhona Ivoire 35% White Chocolate Feve (wafers)

The Valrhona Ivoire is a lightly sweetened white chocolate made with real cocoa butter. With delicate flavors of fresh milk and vanilla, this high-end french chocolate coverture is perfect for making bonbons, coverings, moldings, ganaches, decorations, chocolate fillings, glazes and mousse. It has a great balance of sugar and milk and a very fine texture. Ingredients: 35% cocoa, 43% sugar, 21.5% milk, 41.1% fat.

Storage and Shelf Life:

Chocolate must be kept in a cool (preferably below 65 F) and dry environment. When kept in proper storage chocolate can be in good condition for a year or two or even longer. Chocolate is susceptible to picking up ""off notes"" from strongly flavored products such as caraway, onion, garlic, etc., and should be stored separately. Occasionally there may be light-coloured streaks or film on the surface of the chocolate. This occurs naturally and is a characteristic of chocolate. It will disappear when the chocolate is re-melted.

    Used this chocolate in my Peppermint Bark recipe. Oh, so good. Melted beautifully and tasted smooth and rich.

    Melt in Your Mouth!

    These white chocolate wafers are almost too good to use in any recipe. They melt in your mouth with a rich creamy smooth and delicious flavor. They melt well on the stove top on a double boiler also. I used the in a 2 layer treat where I use the Dark chocolate one with some Peppermint in it and left the peppermint out of the white chocolate. They are delicious!

    HeavenlyI I tried white chocolate mouse recipe with another brand, ugh it was awful. Never again! I have a stash of this stuff in my pantry now.
