Great in coffee
Put about 1/2 - 3/4 tsp of this in the grinds of my one + cup coffee maker. Really improves the coffee flavor. Use it every morning. Also good as an addition when flavoring homemade yogurt. Add a tsp with 1 Tbs of hazelnut emulsion and 40 drops of Stevia to 6 cups of milk when making yogurt. Outstanding. Plan to apply malt to chocolate biscotti recipe next week, as well. Nice, nutty flavor.

Delicious malt for everything!
Finally I can add Malt flavor to anything I want! A very little goes a long way since this extract is very strong. Since so little is used the price is exceptional.
