Good
Good pear flavor. Very concentrated which adds value. Good in non-alcoholic drinks and baked goods.

Dangerous
I bought this to use in a vodka drink. It tasted terrible. Customer Service suggested that I make a simple syrup out of it to burn off the alcohol. When I tried this the pan ignited because of all the alcohol fumes. Never smelled anything remotely like pear. I emailed Customer Service about what had happened and have not heard back from them.

Best Item in Catalog
Pure Pear Extract is by far my favorite item in the catalog. It is the perfect ingredient for that Summer frozen drink and loved by my entire family. I make sure to always have some on hand and even keep a small bottle in my desk drawer at work for that afternoon sweet craving. Put a very small amount quot;to tastequot; in cold water and you are good to go without all of the excess calories and pear core to deal with.
