Pure Maple Extract

Pure Maple Extract by OliveNation adds sweet maple flavor to a variety of desserts and baked goods, including cookies, muffins, cakes, ice cream, fillings, frosting, and more. Try it in savory dishes like baked beans and meat glazes, too. Our Pure Maple Extract is gluten-free and certified kosher.

California customers should note that the caramel color listed as an ingredient is Prop 65 compliant, NON-GMO and has very few traces of 4MEI.

    Great Maple flavor

This is a great pure extract flavor! My husband added a very small amount to homemade butter pecan ice cream and it bumped up the flavor of the ice cream and it was so great! I was so excited to find pure flavor extracts for my husband. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a pure flavor extract.

    Pure Maple Extract

I used this product but found that the maple flavor is not that strong. I was wondering if I could use 2x the amount called for in the recipe? Olive Nation is a good company to work with.

We use a pure Vermont maple sugar and to set us totally apart from other vendors, we use this wonderful extract. It smells heavenly as it hits the heat and the cent draws customers at our outdoor events. We also now use this extract in our Maple Peanut Brittle also. Wouldn't be without it!!

My cinnamon roll frosting requires a tablespoon of maple extract and it's taken me some time to find you. I've used it several times and am very pleased and will reorder as needed. This has "make my roll frosting".

    So good!

I am keto so maple syrup is a big no, now. I can't do sweeteners because of allergies, so this in the batter and then again in melted butter allows me to still enjoy keto pancakes.
