    This extract adds a great lime flavor to anything I have used it for. My favorite is a lime syrup I made for drinks; Italian sodas and cocktails. I made a simple syrup and added a teaspoon of this extract along with a couple drops pure lime oil and some fresh lime juice. Wow, that is delicious!

    AWESOME!really good ! Has a little bit of an unripe lime flavor which renders this extract absolutely amazing...( Compared to the key lime extract which is milder and sweeter) I even add a dropper of lime extract to lime juice for an absolute awesome lime taste in soda water.

    Got tired of using grater to get lime peel to add to gin so thought I would give this a try. Requires 1.5 teaspoon extract per 26 ounce bottle. I bought 32 ounce of extract so I am good for a while.
