    I haven't actually used these yet, but these double diced lemon peels will save me time when I use them in my homemade lemon biscotti.

    I use this to add a stronger lemon flavor to baked products without messing up the solids to liquids ratio. It works great for that and I love the texture it provides. I drench it in flour before adding to make sure it doesn't clump. I wish it had a longer shelf life and/or could be frozen, but it is a fantastic addition to recipes that require lemon.
