Use it to flavor puddings and fillings, too.  Butter Pecan Flavor Fountain is a similar strength to a bakery emulsion and can be used in baked goods. It’s water-soluble.

Fountain Flavor General Usage Recommendations:

Start with lowest recommended amount and adjust for taste:

Ice Cream/Frozen Dessert Bases Gallon 1-2 ounces
Ice Cream/Frozen Dessert Bases Quart (32 ounces) 1 TBSP
Milkshakes/Smoothies 16 ounces 1/2 tsp
Beverages Liter 1-2 tsp
Beverages 8 ounces 1/4 to 1/2 tsp
Frosting 3 cups 1-2 tsp
Baking: Cakes/Cookies Standard Batch 1-3 tsp

    Butter Pecan Flavor

    Has no pecan flavor or butter flavor. Am quite disappointed. My competitors sell products that actually taste like butter pecan. Not sure where they are getting their flavoring, but I need to find out. I even put a small amount on a spoon and tasted it directly - no flavor or scent. How can this be?

    Rich taste, even through out foods. Will never shop anywhere else. All products are great.
