Try it in homemade sherbet, sorbet, hard and soft-serve ice cream, smoothies, shakes, diet drinks, and more. It adds butter pecan taste to all of your homemade frozen treats and beverages. Use it to flavor puddings and fillings, too. Butter Pecan Flavor Fountain is a similar strength to a bakery emulsion and can be used in baked goods. It’s water-soluble.
