Frequently our customers will ask, 'What do I do with black truffle tapenade'? The first and obvious answer is that it is a delicious hors d'oeuvre just spread onto freshly toasted French bread or mini-toasts. However, you will be surprised when you spread a thin layer on your favorite grilled steak as it comes off the grill. Try it, spread thinly, on a sandwich of sliced brie on crusty French bread. It is also superb mixed into your favorite risotto. Add it at the end just before serving. You can also add a tablespoon to your favorite omelets. Mix some into your favorite pasta sauce.
