Truffled Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients

  • ■   olive oil
  • ■   4 oz minced garlic
  • ■   sea salt
  • ■   4 oz freshly ground black pepper

Description

2 lbs. Red Potatoes, scrubbed and quartered 2 T. olive oil 1 T. minced garlic 1/2 tsp. sea salt 1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper 1 T. white truffle oil 2 tsp. fresh thyme leaves Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Place potatoes on a jelly-roll plan; drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic, salt and pepper. Toss well to combine. Bake for 35-45 minutes until potatoes are browned and tender.
