Sriracha Rub

Description

Chef’s Note: We used boneless skinless chicken thighs for this dish. You can use the rub on other meats, too.

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp Sriracha Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or oil of your choosing.
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 6 boneless skinless chicken thighs


Instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 375F
  • Spray baking pan with cooking spray
  • Mix the Sriracha Seasoning with the bread crumbs
  • Coat thighs with olive oil, then dip both sides in the bread crumb mixture.
  • Bake for 25 minutes or until an instant read thermometer reads 165F.
