  • ■   Naked Nuts Mix
  • ■   Pepitas
  • ■   Dried Bing Cherries
  • ■   Dried Organic Cranberry Halves
  • ■   Organic Black Turtle Beans

Description

Using a clean mason jar or any jar or container with a lid, layer your favorite salad ingredients for a healthy, portable salad. Start with a layer of salad dressing to keep the other ingredients from getting soggy. Next, add a protein rich layer of beans or cooked quinoa or kaniwa. Layer your favorite chopped vegetables next. Top with nuts, dried fruits or seeds. Top with your favorite salad greens. Close the lid and refrigerate until you are ready to eat. Eat in the jar or empty onto a plate or bowl.
