Rotisserie Grilled chicken

Description

Ingredients for: 1 whole chicken 8 oz. chicken rub (Tuscan Nectar or Black sea Escape) salt and pepper to taste Combine ingredients above and rub under entire skin of chicken by making slits in the skin every couple of inches. Marinate chicken for at least 1 hr to overnight in the refridgerator. Put on the rotisserie and grill for 45 min. to 1 hour depending on the type of grill and heat source. Optional: Carve up the chicken and chop into small strips. Serve on warmed pita bread with a layer of hummus, tomato, parsley and a squeeze of lime.
