Lemon Dill Sauce for Fish

3/4 cup water 1 1/2 ounces Jus de Poulet GoldĀ® (or Veggie-Glace GoldĀ®) 1/4 cup sour cream 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill Salt Ground black pepper In a medium saucepan, bring the water to a low simmer and whisk in the Jus de Poulet Gold or Veggie Glace Gold until it dissolves. Whisk in the sour cream, lemon juice, and dill, and cook, whisking constantly, just until the sauce is simmering. Season the sauce to taste with salt and pepper.
