Green Beans with Asiago

Ingredients

  • ■   4 oz garlic
  • ■   virgin olive oil
  • ■   salt
  • ■   4 oz ground black pepper

Description

Ingredients: 1 onion, finely chopped 1 clove of garlic, finely chopped 3 1/2 tbsp butter 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil 12 oz. green/french beans salt and freshly ground black pepper 10 oz. asiago cheese, cut in strips Saute the onion and garlic in the butter and oil. Add the green beans, salt and pepper and cook over low heat for about 10 minutes. If necessary, add a few tbsps of water. When the beans are tender add the cheese.
