Gluten-Free Peanut Butter Cookies

  • ■   8 oz natural peanut butter

Instructions:

  •     Preheat oven to 350F.
  •     Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or use baking sheet lined with a silicone mat.
  •     Mix the ingredients together until smooth.
  •     Roll batter into 1-inch balls and place on baking sheet. You can also use a cookie scoop to make the balls.
  •     Flatten balls with a fork using a criss-cross pattern.
  •     Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes
  •     After removing cookies from the oven let them cool for a couple of minutes.
  •     Place the cookies onto a wire rack to finish cooling.
  •     Once cool, store in an airtight container.
