Fish Tacos

1 lb shrimp or flaky white fish 1/4 cup olive oil 1 lime, juiced 1 Tablespoon ancho chile powder 1 jalapeno, coursely chopped 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro 8 flour tortillasPreheat grill to medium-high heat. Place fish in a zip lock bag. Whisk together the oil, lime juice, ancho chile powder, jalapeno, and cilantro and pour over the fish. Let marinate for 15 to 20 minutes.Remove fish from the marinade and place on hot grill, flesh side down. Grill the fish for 4 minutes on the first side and then flip for 30 seconds and remove. Let rest for 5 minutes then flake the fish with a fork.Grill the tortillas for 20 seconds. Add fish to tortillas and garnish with avocado, salsa or your favorite slaw.recipe adapted from Bobby Flay at
