  • ■   Cassia/Korintje Cinnamon
  • ■   Ceylon Cinnamon
  • ■   Organic Saigon Cinnamon
  • ■   Cinnamon Oil

Description

1 cup vanilla almond milk 1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt 1/4 cup old fashioned oats 1 teaspoon instant coffee 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon or 2-3 drops of Cinnamon Oil 1 frozen banana (or fresh banana, but add in 3-4 ice cubes )Put all the ingredients in a blender using the above order.
