How to Prepare OliveNation Organic Hard Red Wheat Berries
Unlike other grains, hard red wheat berries do not require overnight soaking. Cook 2 cups of red wheat berries in 7 cups of cold water. Add a dash of salt (optional). Bring to a boil for about 45-60 minutes or until tender. Serve with raisins, cinnamon and honey for a healthy hot breakfast cereal.
