Good source for dried beans
I am a vegetarian and therefore eat a lot of beans. Olive Nation is one of the very few places that I have been able to find white cannellinni beans. The beans are of very good quality and, of course, I love that they are organic.

Love these beans!!!!
My husband and I are hooked on White Chili. The recipe calls for Cannellini Beans. The only ones available in our area are in the can and are very expensive. The dry ones are much better. I soaked them for 1 hour and let them cook on low until tender. I will buy them again when I run out. I bought 10lbs. I am trying to find more recipes. I freeze the chili by the batch and the beans are good and firm when defrosted.
